Culinary Grade Matcha is generally used as an ingredient in a variety of food and drinks, such as baked goods (including matcha desserts), matcha lattes, ices and matcha smoothies. If you want to make healthy matcha green tea (matcha whisked with hot water), we recommend that you use Finest Ceremonial Grade Organic Japanese Matcha or Premium Grade Organic Japanese Matcha (not culinary grade).
